1. Where we ship
We currently ship within the European Union and the United States. For destinations outside these regions, please contact us at info@cinthiasouccarkorkhova.com and we will do our best to arrange delivery.
2. Processing & dispatch
Once your order is confirmed, your piece is carefully hand-packed and dispatched within 24 hours. Each shipment is fully insured for its value while in transit.
3. Delivery time
Delivery takes, on average, 10–15 business days from dispatch. Transit times are approximate and may vary with destination, carrier and customs processing.
4. Shipping cost
Because each piece differs in size, weight and fragility, shipping is calculated individually and quoted to you upon inquiry, before any payment is made. The quote includes careful packaging and full insurance.
5. Tracking
A tracking number is provided once your piece has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey to you.
6. Customs & duties
Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees determined by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping quote.
7. Packaging
Every work is wrapped and cushioned by hand using protective materials chosen to keep your piece safe over long distances. Please retain all packaging until you have inspected your piece.
8. Damage in transit
Please inspect your piece at the moment of delivery. If it arrives damaged, the damage must be documented on the spot — clear photographs, the date and time, and a note from the delivery person — and communicated to us promptly. Without this documentation no claim can be considered. See our Returns page for the full procedure.
